Application stage:

iVolunteer Overseas( IVO) sends out messages for recruitment of VSO volunteers in India throughout the year. The messages include a description of the basic criteria and the skills that we are looking for with requests to interested candidates to send their CVs or download the application form, fill it and and send it to us.

We also request all the candidates to tell us a date on which they will be available for telephonic interview. Once we have the received the filled in application form we review the form and conduct the telephonic interviews. We confirm in advance for the telephonic interviews.
